Reset Mac Mini without previous owners Apple ID?
Hi - Newbie here! One of our staff left the company and we want to reset his Mac mini. Problem is he won't provide his Apple ID and password. Can we do a factory reset without these details?
I guess you have to contact Apple support with proof of purchase for that Mac so they might then be able to unlock it. Or again ask/make the former employee to do that. Whichever is cheaper than buying a new Mac...
