System storage and other storage why ?

You cannot 'empty' System and other Storage..

I have an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 14.

System storage takes up ~7.3 GB and Other storage takes up ~10 GB. I would consider this pretty normal.

System storage includes iOS itself, so 'emptying' that would render your iPhone useless.

Other storage is managed by iOS.

How much space is System & Other storage taking up on your iPhone?

If you want to know what they contain, go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage.... then scroll down to the very bottom and tap on those two categories.

If you mean something different, better specify your needs.
