I purchased MS Office for MacPro in November 2020. I want to load it onto my recently updated MacBook Air as well but I can't find my product key. I replied to Apple Sales using the email address on of my original email confirming purchase but haven't received a reply. Should I be using another contact?

Thanks for confirming. In this case, the purchase of your computer wouldn't be in the App Store purchase history since the computer was not purchased from the App Store.
Is it possible that you may have a different Apple ID? If so, let's check the purchase history under that Apple ID. The product key may have been purchased directly from Microsoft which would explain why the purchase isn't showing up in your Apple purchase history. Just to make sure, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft to confirm.

It was purchased via Mac App Store. My email invoice from Apple confirms it was sent with the new laptop. II checked purchase history and asked for it to go back to 2020. It doesn't show a record of the Microsoft purchase OR the laptop. What next? Thanks
