Requesting refund

Hello,

This morning I woke up to two charges from intro maker, $35.99 and $4.99. I was not aware of the auto renewal or subscription. How can I go about a refund?

Go to this site→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support when you can view your purchase history, view or cancel subscriptions, and, if appropriate, request a refund.

Did you actually see the charges on your credit card or bank statement, or did you get an email saying you were charged? If it was an email it could have been a scam. See→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
