Requesting refund
Hello,
This morning I woke up to two charges from intro maker, $35.99 and $4.99. I was not aware of the auto renewal or subscription. How can I go about a refund?

Go to this site→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support when you can view your purchase history, view or cancel subscriptions, and, if appropriate, request a refund.
Did you actually see the charges on your credit card or bank statement, or did you get an email saying you were charged? If it was an email it could have been a scam. See→Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

What do you mean by “not going through”? Was your request for a refund rejected, or did the site just not work?
If it was rejected use the Get Support link to communicate with a live human being in iTunes & App Store support.
Thank you.
I did turn cancel the subscription and I have also seen the two charges in my bank statement.
I have also tried requesting a refund and it is not going through.
It is not reflecting the correct payment for me to request. Can you send the link to communicate with them.
It’s on that same page at the bottom.
