mail

I can receive and send mail on my Mac and Windows computers, but not on my i phone or iPads. This was not a problem until a month ago. Can anyone tell me how I can get my iPhone and iPads to regain the mail function

iCloud email :

Settings, your name, iCloud, turn off Mail, wait a few moments, then turn it on again.

 

Non iCloud email:

Settings, Mail, Accounts, tap on the account. Delete the account then add it back again.
