I have a family plan. When more than one user is listening to music, a caption comes up stopping the music, stating that there are too many users. What can I do to have more than one person listening?

I have a family plan. When more than one user is listening to music, a caption comes up stopping the music, stating that there are too many users. What can I do to have more than one person listening?

See Change your subscription from Apple - Apple Support. Use the manage subscriptions option to check that you have an active Family subscription to Apple Music. Assuming you do but are still hitting this limit when you shouldn't be you will need to reach out to Apple Support.
