After months of not using compressor, I'm trying to lunch it but its not working. it says that it has a problems and cannot lunch. this is what it says

What version of Compressor? That’s an old OS
Did you download it from the App Store? Perhaps you can update to a recent version of the application, or is that the last you can run?
Im using a late 2015 iMac with a late OS X EL capitan version 10.11.6
compressor 4.3.2, I had always run it on this late old version before
i had already deleted and reinstall compressor but its giving me the same problem..
I'm doing the update for the latest operating system. hopefully that works. I will let you know ?
