Disabled iPhone

I cannot connect to iTunes on my MacBook Pro because I cannot find iTunes. My iPhone is disabled and I need to connect to use it. How can I do this? I can't seem to find where I can reinstall iTunes if it was deleted. I just upgraded to Mac OS Big Sur. No iTunes came with it.

Disabled iphone "connect to itunes" Hello, I had my iPhone 7 in my pocket and it disabled itself by entering the passcode wrong too many times. It says "iPhone is disabled" "connect to iTunes", but when I plug it into my Macbook, nothing happens. In the past, the phone would pop up and ask for trust. I only have Apple music on my Macbook and I have the preferences selected to have iTunes. I never set up iCloud either, so I cant do the restore options through iCloud. How do I connect to iTunes to get into my iPhone?
