We would like to see how we can help you with your iPhone. Which iOS 14 version are you currently running? Go to Settings > General > About for the version. Are you using headphones or a specific app when this happens? If you go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Turn off Change with Buttons, and test to see if the issue persists.
