My phone's battery health decrease quite fast, can i get a new replacement for my battery?

Can i get a new battery replacement as my phone is still under warranty, yet my battery health decreases quite fast.

Not unless the battery health drops to 80% in the first year.

Battery are only replaced under warranty if proven defective.
