iphone 12 mini to Tracfone
A friend of mine has a Tracfone. My carrier is Verizon. Since I got my new iphone 12 mini I have been unable to hear him when he answers my calls. When he calls me back everything is ok.

Check this out: If you can’t make or receive calls on your iPhone There are really good steps included in this guide and you'd want to begin with "Check your iPhone settings". This does include checking with your provider to explain what might be happening with your friend's connection while they're calling you.
As a suggestion, you might want to share this with him so he can check too.
