I have iPhone 11. My battery occupancy says 84% and requests service.
So of course, I did some investigating.
My phone drops from 100% to 20% within minutes (5-10) but if I hard reset it, the battery jumps up to around 80% or something— what I would’ve guessed it should be at. This has happened continuously and I’ve had no luck fixing it.

Its it's saying you should get the battery serviced, that's what you should do.

Your battery may be not supporting peak performance meaning your battery may have spoilt, please sent to Apple for an repair and change of battery.
