iPhone 11 battery quirks after replacement with Apple Authorized Service Provider

When I charge my phone to 80% and restart it, for some reason it goes up to 84%.

After another restart it shows 80% again.

Battery replacement was done by an Apple Authorized Service Partner, more specifically iSTYLE

Can u help me please ?
