I have all restrictions disabled on my phone, but it still says to ask parent or guardian to download anything. If I press “Ask”, nothing happens. No notification to guardian. Just nothing. May you please help me solve this issue?

"Ask to buy" would likely have been set up in "Family Sharing",
... perhaps the setting may need turning off by someone with access to it.
It may have been overlooked when restrictions were disabled.
(The disabling of restrictions may have "broken" the connection so no notification gets through ?)
