Activation lock

i dont how to get in contact with the last owner of my watch I bought it off eBay and I need help getting through the activation lock when I’m pairing the watch

Your seller must must turn off the activation first:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support

There is no work around. Cancel the deal if the above is not possible.
