Shaky Camera

Hi everyone!

So I am a recent convert to iPhone - only because my work has all its apps etc for iPhone and I don't want to carry around two phones - from an S20+. Samsung I could work my camera even with my shaky hands (I am on anti depression/anxiety meds that makes my hands shake) and it would still be smooth. With this iPhone 12 even on one of those tripod grips if I lightly bump the table the camera shakes. It is driving me absolutely crazy and I am not sure if Apple just really terrible at OIS or if this is a faulty issue?

You can see how badly it shakes for the first 10-13 seconds in this video I linked above. That is it on one of those desk tripod clamps after bumping the table accidentally so you can imagine how bad it can get if I am just holding it.
