iPhone 12pro camera shakes

I have the same problem again with iphone 12 pro rear camera. it shakes and it's impossible to focus. Focus motor is constantly working and produce noise. Identical problem I had with iphone 11 Pro after only one month of use!? and the only solution was to repair camera in service. For such expensive device is unacceptable. I expected, like before that I will get new device, not to repair it. Note that the devices never fallen to the floor and have maximum protection. How should I care for this device, keep it on the pillow? What about iPhone 13 Pro, I should expect the same?

I've never had the issue you're having. I've owned, iPhone X, iPhone XS Max, 11 Pro Max, 12 Pro Max and now 13 Pro Max.

Do you do anything like mount the phone on a bike or motorcycle ever? If phone is subjected to lots of vibration, it can cause the motor in the camera focusing system to experience issues.

Otherwise, you're only choice is to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer. I have iPhone since iPhone 4, and never had any problems with any of them. And yes, I have motorcycle. How should I carry that phone when I'm driving, leave it at home? Is it any notice or warning about carrying phone on the motorcycle, is it forbidden? Come on people, we are talking about 1500 Euro Device!? It's iPhone hardware problem, and Apple should accept responsibility for that, not me.

I have red this article and it's really nice. So I have to by a electric or small scooter to use this phone!? Can you please specify how strong motorcycle could be to not damage the phone? I do not have Harley with 2 cylinders, have yamaha tracer 900, and vibrations on that bike are really low. I could understand that is possible to damage phone if I use camera during vibration or driving, but if phone just lies unused, this explanation is not acceptable, sorry. So I have to change Apple phone after 14 years of use and switch to Android because of bad hardware construction or change motorcycle!? Unbelievable explanation, really!?
