Application installed but not visible

an application us ni more visible on my iPhone.

however the App is visible in the last pas where Apps are organized in libriaries

how could I make the App visible and accessible normally?

touch hold and drag it to home page
Settings,Home screen, Add to home screen will send new apps there as well as App Library
