iPhone Visual Voicemail is currently unavailable.

On my iPhone I get the message that my Visual Voicemail is currently unavailable. I attempt to call Voicemail but do not remember the password.

A trip to the AT&T store solved the problem. The Tech found that I had turned off the Mobile Data switch. He turned it back on and now everything is fine.
