Airpods Pro Trouble shooting ( Right ear piece )

Recently my right airpod started buzzing whenever i speak, which is very annoying. The airpod also crackles whenever i move, i.e. tilt my head or walk. This problem happened a few month ago however it disappeared for a bit, but now it is back and its much worse.

I don't understand what the problem is, the airpod acts like this wether it they are connected or not. Also my devices are up to date and i tried un pairing and pairing the airpods and so far nothing has worked.

has anyone experienced something similar? and if so, how did you guys fix it?

Apple is currently offering a service program for Airpods pro which is about static or crackling from the airpods. If your airpods were made before October 2020 then give it a try here: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/airpods-pro-service-program-sound-issues
