apple watch can a series 1 apple watch pair with a se second generation? every time i try to pair i get a notification that i’m not connected to the internet, but i am. my phone is updated to the ios 16.2

No there is no virtual line.

You either pay get cellular service on your watch

or it will act like a GPS only model.
