how to change my family sharing appleid

Would like to create a new AppleID for Family Sharing. I realize only after the fact, that my original AppleID is now restricted to purchasing only thru my Family Sharing Organizer's credit card payment method on file. I would like to change/create a new AppleID for use with Family Sharing and keep my original AppleID tied to all of my Mac/iPad/iTunes/iPhones (day one iPhone user) for my own personal (non-shared) purchases or subscriptions.
