We can see you’re having an issue with missing 5 phone numbers.
Let's if the phone numbers are missing from a specific group. Using the Contacts app, go to Groups. You'd want to make sure all groups are selected to see if these numbers are associated with different accounts as described in this guide: Use other contact accounts on iPhone
