Payment method-Edit button is disabled
Hello, I am willing to update my payment method by removing an old one and add and new one, but the edit payment is disabled. Please How Can I solve it?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you'd like to update your payment information, but the option for editing this is dimmed out. We'll do our best to assist with this.
Are you able to add a new payment method, instead of editing the current payment method? If you're not sure, here's how to add a payment method: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
Once you've successfully added a payment method, then you should be able to edit which card you want to use. The 'Edit' option should no longer be greyed/dimmed out.
If that doesn't work successfully, then we'd recommend trying to add this payment method using another Apple device to test it out.
