I have a selection of stocks that I follow from the Australian, New Zealand and U.S. stock exchanges but only the U.S. ones are updating at the close of each trading day. The others have not updated since the 12th of April. The same goes for other stock exchanges when I search for companies such as ones listed on the DAX and London.
I suspect this a Yahoo finance problem 🤷🏻

Since noticing the issue have you tried a normal restart of your device or removing and adding the widget back? If needed, the article here has steps on how to edit widgets: Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch
You can also delete and re-add the app to test: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
If he issue continues it may be related to the data provider. As the trouble isn't with all stocks, the data provider for that particular stock (normally listed at the bottom of the stock when viewed in the Stocks app) can be contacted to report the issue.
You can also report it from the app developer with the steps here: How to contact an app developer

Same problem for me, re UK stocks.
Got through to Apple Support, via phone.
They tried it their side and confirmed there is a problem (US stocks are OK)
They concluded they cannot help me (us), as it's not an Apple issue, but try to contact Yahoo Finance.
Not the result (help) I expected...
