You can change it in Settings/Safari/Search/Search Engine.

Problems with my search engine HI lately when ever I do a search on the internet initially for a split second I get the search through Google which is my selected search engine. Then the search changes to Bing which I do NOT want. I have checked my preferences and they all show Google so how do I remove the Bing search?

why does my safari search in google switch to bing? I type into safari search - which is set to Google- and when it comes on the screen it switches to Bing, I do not want bing for my searches
