Can't make bigger partition than 64 GB

I want to install a win10 with bootcamp, and give for it 100 GB. I used it earlier, but with only 60 GB.

If i want give more space than 64 GB, it can't partition, just under 64GB. If I want make it with myself (Disk Utility), the situation is the same.

Im using Mac 16' (2019 late).

I found similar problem, (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7789876), but the "diskutil repairDisk disk0" didn't help me.

I found this 2 site too, tried it, but nothing:

Please, can you help me?
