I have ordered a mac on 4th of April. Apple refused to ship it to the address I gave because it’s a freight forwarder address.
Until 16/04/21 and I have no received the amount on hold. Please release the money so that I can use it

If you used a debit card, there is a hold on the funds. It will be released automatically and the transaction will cancel itself.
If you used a debit card issued by a US bank, this can take anywhere from 3 days to a week. If you used a card issued by a non US bank, it may take quite a bit longer. Ask your bank how long it should take. Apple can not speed up the process any.
Nobody here knows. I doubt even Apple knows. It is in the hands of the international banking system now. Ask your bank.

Presumably you paid from another country. The times given are probably for US transactions since Apple does not normally deal with international sales and expects people to use a retailer in their own country.
Yes I used a debit card. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the hold is being done by apple and not their side.

the order was canceled on 5th of April it’s the 16th now..!!

That’s true I did the transaction from outside the US but how long should I except to get a refund?
Thanks for the reply. I rang the bank again today and opened an investigation query for the amount on hold. Hopefully I get that refund soon
