Macbook Pro Battery

All of a sudden the battery is charging only up to 87%. Has service recommended sign but out of warranty.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2

If your Mac is telling you that battery service is recommended, it's very likely that it has exceeded its normal lifespan.


I recommend calling or chatting with Apple support to discuss trade-in or service options.
