Recover of Apple ID for my friend

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding an issue I am facing with my apple id for a couple of days. 

I have been trying to log in to my apple id that I use for my iPhone, but it was impossible. It seems my apple id has been hacked. When trying to recover my password with my current email address ***@msn.com which is similar to my apple id email, it says that the email address has been changed or does not exist. This remains the main problem to recover the apple id password.

I have been trying to recover my password, but I was not successful because the email address changed from my previous one to another. Unfortunately, I didn't activate the two-factor authentication in order to increase security for my apple id.

Thus, I am requesting help to recover my apple id, as I have stored multiple passwords and personal things belonging only to me.
