windows 10 "critical process died" BSOD - any solutions?

Hi,

Long story short (...ish):

Mac Book Pro 16 inch 2019, i9 2,3 GHz, 16GB RAM, mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3, Apple SSD 1TB, Bootcamp partition 700GB (230GB free), Macintosh HD partition 300 GB

Windows 10 BSOD with "Critical Process Died", all options tried without success:

Safe mode - no boot - same BSOD
Repair or Restore point - no boot - same BSOD
Uninstall updates - no boot - same BSOD

...etc.

Possible cause: a background update of mac OS (but I do not know, just an assumption)

Windows crashed without any visible reason. Windows 10 licensed :)

Tried reset SMC and PRAM - same result.

Checking into bootcamp partition, all windwos/users files seems to be there.

First Aid on SSD - no errors.

I do not know how to boot from an external device in order to try to repair from external drive (if this could be a solution)

Any other ideea how to recover windows without full reinstall of bootcamp partition?

If you have access to a PC, try to create a USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tool, add Bootcamp drivers to it and boot from it. You can then attempt Startup Repair and a SFC Scan.

Use WMCT to download Iso to a USB
Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support
Look at step 11 in Follow these steps if you downloaded version 5 of Windows Support Software of Install Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support

Do you have any external devices attached to the Mac? Are Windows Automatic Updates enabled? Has Windows worked properly in the past?

Can you run SMC and NVRAM Resets and try to boot into Windows normally?

External devices - no

Windows updates automatically - yes (windows 10)

Worked properly - yes, no issues until this

And again, no advanced option is working to recover (uninstall updates, restore points, etc. - everything throw same message "critical process died")

Yes, but unfortunately trying to launch "System restore" from advanced repair fail to the same "critical" error...

The only option available is command prompt

Ok, this could be interesting, may I know how/where to get bootcamp drivers and how exactly is the method to insert drivers into boot stick?
