“there was an error adding 1 pass to wallet”

I am trying to add a Disneyworld park ticket to my wallet, but when I try I get hit with the message of “there was an error adding 1 pass to wallet”. With this being a family trip, I’d assume they would maybe be having similar issues, but no. Every other person has had no issues adding it to their wallet. Unfortunately, the answer for my question seems to be nowhere to be found, for I have searched numerous forums for it. So basically, my question is: How am I supposed to fix this/why is this happening? Thanks.
