Purchase by mistake

Please can I get a refund on my apple store? I mistakenly made a purchase using my mum’s ATM card and she’s going to kill me if she finds out.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

If you're referring to the hardware Apple Store instead of the iTunes Store system, click here.
