"There was a temporary problem completing your request. You do not have permission..."

Windows apple music user here. Every time I try to play a song, a warning pops up and says:

"There was a temporary problem completing your request. You do not have permission to access the requested resource.

Try again later."

When I downloaded songs, it stopped doing this, but I don't want to download 2,000 hours of music to my computer. How can I fix this? (I am subscribed to apple music, and the songs that are giving me trouble exist in the apple music domain and not as files within my library)

Screenshot for reference.
