how to reset my apple ID? I have the mail box of my apple ID however when i forgot my password, i just see only one option that send code to trusted phone number, but i was lost that phone number for a long time. please help me.

Contact Apple Support, and ask that they modify the phone number to what need be. If permitted, the Apple Rep may following through with your request. Attempt a trial and error login, to be certain that you can get it. Also, see if you can get a code on your computer (Mac or PC) or other phone (iPhone or Android). All should be fine, if you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled for used on those devices.

See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option.
If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, you can use Account Recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the the time the process takes.

Logging is Seems Fine:
You are able to log in to these forums. So, nothing seems of issue. How were you able to log in to these forums, without the phone?
i can not login into that Apple ID, that is the reason why i use this account to raise the question.
That Apple ID have linked with a phone number but i have lost that phone, it means i can not forgot password by phone number. When i go to forgot password page, then i entered the Apple ID, the page just show only one option: use phone number.
All i have right now is mail box of Apple ID, it is a company email.
i'm using another Apple ID to raise this question.
