How do I UNcheck a completed reminder?
I’d like to create a list with recurring items (e.g. monthly bills paid) but as soon as I mark a reminder as complete, it seems to vanish.

If it is set up as a recurring item when you check it off it disappears from today’s items, because it is no longer due today; it is due a month from today. If you scroll down you should be able to see it. If it is not set up as a recurring reminder you need to do that.
