cant restore

Can’t restore my iPad, just stuck on apple logo, tried holding home and power buttons simultaneously and nothing, also tried charging lead into laptop and still nothing, any help would be much appreciated

My Whats app Deleted 3 days ago , i tried many time for open my whats app again on my phone , even i delete about 20 gb videos on my phone and also delete all i had in i cloud . then i see i again i cant restore my whats app on phone , i buy new iphone today and try again but there is problam to restore yet . That Message Is Couldnt Restore chat history . but i really need my chat history

If you use a PC, remember to use iTunes. iTunes can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft Store.

If you are using a Mac, then go through Finder.

First, connect your iPad to your computer

Hold down the Home Button and the Power Button until the iPad restarts. The moment your iPad restarts, release the Power Button but keep holding the Home Button and keep holding until your iPad goes into Recover Mode.

Recovery Mode is black screen, with computer and cable icon.

Now your computer should allow you to either do a Restore, or update.
