Charging iPhone 12 Pro Max using dedicated 60W PD

I'm able to fast charge my iPhone 12 pro max using the 60W PD USB-C outlet from my LG monitor, and the original Apple USB-C to Lightning cable. The battery charges 55-60% in 30 minutes, which is even faster than the 50% charge in the 30 minute period using a 20W PD adapter.

Question: Do I run the risk of 'damaging' the battery by using the dedicated 60W output? Or is the optimized battery charging feature truly able to compensate for this extra power boost and protect the battery life?

Thanks.

You can safely use 60W and even more. See: Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support
