iPhone not receiving calls

Hello, I recently got the new iPhone 12 but am not receiving calls

I can call others, text and receive FaceTime calls but when people call me normally through mobile it says “person is currently not receiving calls” and I never receive miss calls or anything

I don’t know what to do can someone please help

IPhone 14 Pro Max not receiving regular phone calls I just recently purchased my iphone and after a couple days I realized i wasn’t receiving any calls. I can make calls and receive calls over facetime/ and receive imessages but I can’t receive regular calls for some reason. Phone does not receive phone calls I can receive face time calls and text, but I do not receive any phone calls.
