iPhone not receiving calls

Hello, I recently got the new iPhone 12 but am not receiving calls

I can call others, text and receive FaceTime calls but when people call me normally through mobile it says “person is currently not receiving calls” and I never receive miss calls or anything

I don’t know what to do can someone please help
