Without seeing an example, I’m guessing... That’s usually Calendar spam; a spammer’s calendar has been accepted, and is now pushing put spam. If this is a calendar entry, then note the color of the calendar alert, as it will match the color of the subscribed (spammer) calendar in Calendars app. Here’s how to find and delete,the subscribed calendar: Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone - Apple Support
