iPad WiFi doesn’t work.

How can I fix the problem? I reset the network settings and reentered the WiFi. But the icon shows upon for a few seconds then nothing. I try to open safari and the YouTube apps and it’s not connected. I’m using the same WiFi on my phone and it works. There is no problem with the router or anything. Months ago I tried to add the iPad to my cell network but even that didn’t work.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 14

You’ve seemingly gone through most of the following:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

Which ends with... Reset the network settings, and try again.

If there are any add-on VPN clients, or add-on anti-malware apps, remove those, restart, and try again.

Failing that reset... I’d see if a different Wi-Fi network works and (if not) I’d start a hardware support request with Apple. Use the Get Support link in the upper right.
