IPad not connecting to internet

My iPhone connects via my personal router, but my iPad doesn’t. There is a WiFi symbol showing as connected in the upper right position, but none of my apps work . Any ideas?

Try this procedure:

  • Disconnect all your devices from your moedm-router.
  • Turn off your modem-router for at least 1 minute.
  • Turn it back on, waiting for its complete autoconfiguration.
  • Turn on and reconnect all other devices to your SSID and test them.
