apple.com/feedback is where you leave reviews on products and upgrades you think they should have. If you didn't request a survey before the call, you can't request one after.

You can call customer service and say that you would like to leave peer feedback on your advisor if you wanted to.

Thank you to Apple for keeping my privacy safe. Having the guts to do what’s others refuse to do always takes courage or in this case — the loss of revenue. If other companies were honest they would tell the public it’s the money, not their interest, they have in mind when they fight to share your private information.
