Why can't I cancel my Apple TV subscription?

I've been trying to cancel my Apple TV subscription for months now. I've removed it from my ROKU TV. I'm still being charged.

Removing an app doesn’t cancel a subscription. To cancel a subscription, click Cancel Subscription for that subscription in your subscriptions overview.

If you can find it but can't cancel it, describe what happens when you try to cancel it. If you can't find it, or if it's already expired and you're still being charged, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
