How can i lock fn keys temporarily

Hi, As a programmer I'm mostly using FunctionKeys by holding a finder on fn key which is annoying! Is there any way to keep fn keys (F1, F2, F3, ..., F12) lock while debugging ?

Thanks and Regards,

Haris

Hello, Haris.

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We certainly understand needing to ensure you’re using your MacBook Pro the most efficiently. It sounds like you would prefer the Touch Bar default to show the function keys to aid in efficiency when you're working.

If this is the case, have you tried setting it to make the function keys appear by default when using the app that you use when you're working? Check the instructions in the “Show the function keys” section for guidance:

Hopefully this helps!
