Long press on the app and select Delete App from the drop down menu.

If you do NOT get that option, then you may have enabled some Screen Time restrictions.


Then go to:

Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> iTunes & App Store Purchases -> Deletings Apps.

It must be set to Allow before you can delete apps.


If you have a subscription to that App, remember to cancel the subscription, if you do not want to use the app anymore.


You can do this here:

Settings -> Apple ID (Your Name) -> Subscriptions

Find the app, tap and select Cancel
