Istore issue

I can no longer use app store.As soon as I want to download the application, it says that no payment is required, the bank card I used so far is no longer supported. I have tried other cards and none are supported. I am asking you for help because I no longer know what I need to do to be able to use or download applications from the app store again. I will be grateful for your answer or instructions on how to solve the problem as easily as possible. Best regards, Benjamin Kovač / Slovenia

Hi Benjamin,

first of all please don't use the "code" formatting for all the message because it causes the paragraphs to be displayed on one line and it makes it a pain to read it… 😅


Next, regarding your problem, if you get a specific error message when trying to download an app, please share it with us.

Meanwhile, I've found this support article about problems with payments on the App Store, please check it out:

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


I've also found this one about App Store payment methods available in various countries:

As you can see, in Slovenia the available payment methods are


If you still cannot buy or update apps from App Store, try to call the local Apple Support phone number:

Podatki za stik z družbo Apple za podporo in storitve

For Slovenia it should be: 0800 80321
