System Preference Error

Now double-click on the System Preferences app located in the Applications folder from Finder. If there are multiple copies of System Preferences in the Applications folder, double-click on the icon that has more rounded corners (this is the version that was installed with macOS Big Sur). Once System Preferences is launched from the Applications folder, attempt to open several preferences panes. Is this version of System Preferences working?

it works!

I can start the correct version ( rounded) but I cannot remove the old one.

Neither I Can rename o drag it away.

Can you help me?
