Is it OK to charge your iPhone overnight?

At around October I have bought the new iPhone SE. Yesterday, I charged the phone overnight (for the first time) and the battery health went from 100% to 99%. Is this because of the overnight charge or something else. Any tips to extend and keep the battery health as high as possible are appreciated.

Charging Hi! I've been using an iPhone 11 for almost 2 months. It's my first iPhone and i don't really know how to treat the battery. I have been charging it from 0% to 100% and for almost 2 month my battery health is T 96%. Can you please tell me is it good or bad to leave it charging overnight. Coincidence.

Charge the device when not in use. Day and night. You can not overcharge it.
